Our Legu Binder® is an alternative to methylcellulose, it is vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free, temperature-stable, acid-stable, has a high absorption and binding of liquids, and is free of E numbers. We offer the binder for cold or hot applications in conventional or organic qualities.
